Plaza W is Located at 4822–50 Street, Red Deer. It now has a new stone and stucco exterior, new front and rear windows, a new elevator, new washrooms, and new digital access and security system.
PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
CLIENT REQUEST:
The client requested that IMC repurpose the former Parsons Medical Clinic Facility consisting of 28,200 square feet of demised areas on three floors and a basement making it look like a new building.
IMC SOLUTION:
IMC provided internal demolition of the Parsons Clinic including the removal of potentially hazardous waste, and the complete reworking of the building envelope to create a new modern look to the building, maximizing natural sunlight, and adding space by reaching out over the City sidewalks (above the pedestrian level), installing new common area washrooms and HVAC and electrical systems in preparation for future office development.
