PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
CLIENT REQUEST:
The client wanted to undertake a building refresh including an update of the exterior wall system.
IMC SOLUTION:
IMC provided a complete re-build of the exterior envelope, installation of a green roof system, and landscaping. Work included selective demolition of existing wall systems, structural repairs, new exterior finishes, landscaping, refinishing all interior surfaces affected by the envelope, and window replacement.
