TownePlace Suites by Marriott West Kelowna

IMC put together a design/build contract and drawings then pursued necessary approvals from Marriott and the Westbank First Nations to build a four-story hotel comprised of 115 suites and all amenities, including an indoor swimming pool with a water slide. IMC’s services included the preliminary design and development permit, construction drawings (professional involvement) and permits, and all associated site development, complete Interior design of the building to Marriott specifications, and turn-key construction of the Hotel.
